$350 rental fee + tax

The Back Room is a 1500 sq ft space (max occupancy: 84 seated, 100 standing) available for rent year-round. In-floor heat throughout with two private bathrooms. Perfect for tea parties, bridal/baby showers, grad parties, anniversaries, and birthday parties. 

What's included?
- 6 hour rental. Each additional hour is $50
-tables
-chairs
-mobile single door refrigerator
-commercial kitchen may be used to store your items and finalize food that was prepared at home
-toilet paper and paper towels in bathrooms
-two TV's
-3 garbage cans with one liner each
-outdoor patio area

What's NOT included:
-tablecloths
-HDMI cords to stream devices on TV's
-signs advertising the party
-yard games

What am I NOT allowed to do:
-cook on-site in the kitchen or on a grill
-remove any wall or table decor put out by Apple Creek Orchard
-bring firepits, grills, bouncies or any yard games that will be spiked into the artificial turf
