Bridal suite
Square footage: 576 sq ft
A beautiful bridal suite equipped with private bathroom, makeup area for 5 ladies to get ready simultaneously, clothing rack, sofas & chairs for relaxing, refrigerator and bar cart.
Ceremony
There is something romantic about outdoor wedding ceremonies- the natural elements always lend a beautiful backdrop. It allows the opportunity for adventurous planning and a personal touch! A wedding at Apple Creek Orchard is no exception.
We provide:
Wedding gazebo
We adorn the ornate white metal gazebo with flowers and greens, but you may create your own look if you like!
White chairs on artificial turf
Turf never gets muddy and white chairs are always in style. Chairs are decorated with white chiffon sashes. A beautiful concrete path down the middle for the bride to walk down the aisle.

Seating
We offer a combination of rectangle and round tables.
96"x40" rectangle farm tables that seat 8 guests each and 72" round tables that seat 10 guests; made of durable plywood to be covered with linens. Fruitwood stain cross back chairs compliment the look!
We provide: chandeliers, string lights, tables, chairs (including tables for caterer), two beautiful wood bars, and linens/runners for the tables.

SweeTango: $4000
Includes bridal suite, reception hall, tables/chairs, table linens, on-site manager and post event cleaning service.
First Kiss: $5000
Includes rehearsal, outdoor ceremony area, bridal suite, reception hall, tables/chairs, table linens, on-site manager and post event cleaning service.
Honeycrisp: $10,000
Rehearsal, grooms' dinner (space with tables and chairs), outdoor ceremony, bridal suite, reception hall, tables/chairs, linens, on-site manager, post cleaning service, Jump Pad, wagon rides, photobooth, bathroom trailers, security for reception, 3 bartenders & bridal suite package.
To book: $2500 down payment
The $2500 will be deducted from the final bill.
Refund policy: Full refund of down payment will be returned if Apple Creek Orchard is able to book the spot with another event.

Grooms' Dinner: $250
Includes space, tables and chairs. Outside food and alcohol allowed.
Bridal Suite package: $300
Includes stocked refrigerator (water, pop, beer, wine), mimosas, coffee, fresh donuts, charcuterie platter, and fresh apples when in season. Feeds 15.
Wagon rides: $100 per hour
Treat your guests to wagon rides around our beautiful orchard!
Salsa Photo Booth: $500 per event
The Salsa Photo Booth is an iPad-based Photo Booth that is portable, adjustable, and fun! Your guests can instantly email, text, or upload their photos to social media
sites on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Tabletop decor: $various prices
Vases, signs, silk flowers...
Jump Pad: $300 per event
25' x 40' industrial jump pad. Includes set up and take down.
Entrance into entertainment orchard: $5/guest peak season
Includes: unlimited jump pad, playsets, games, corn pit, corn maze, wagon rides
*Please keep in mind you will be sharing the entertainment space with regular orchard guests for half off.
*You may close the orchard for your own private event for $25/guest. Minimum 200 guests or $5000
*Peak season is September and October.
Additional fees
Insurance: $200
Aside from the renter's fee, you will be required to buy an insurance rider through our insurance company. You will be given a link to pay the insurance company direct prior to event.
Crowd Control: $100/hour/officer
Per Rice County, any large gathering over 250 guests will require security. Fee determined by Rice County Sheriff Department. Fee will be added to your invoice.
Bar services: # of guests
Under 150 guests: $200+ cost of alcohol
Over 150 guests: $500+ cost of alcohol
Apple Creek Orchard will provide all alcohol for receptions.
Per insurance and Rice County, we are required to provide trained and certified bartenders. At this time, ACO can only offer 3.2, wine and strong beer. Intoxicating liquor license will be obtained in July, 2024.
The fee will be added to your invoice.
Tax: 7.375%
Rice county sales tax is 7.375% and will be added to your invoice.
Credit card fees: 2.6% + .10 currently
Although we accept credit card as a payment, we will charge you what the credit card company charges us. We also accept check and cash for payment without fees. Final bar tab will not have fees if using credit card.
